- 5 g soli, (lub 10g. jak ktoś lubi mocno słone pieczywo)
- 2 miarki thermomix ciepłej wody
Wykończenie
- 1 jajko, (roztrzepane z 1 łyżką ciepłej wody)
- sezam, mak lub inne ..., (do dekoracji)
Przygotowanie
W naczyniu miksującym umieść wszystkie składniki na ciasto w podanej w przepisie kolejności. (20 sek. pozycja 6) - szybkie mieszanie składników. Dalej czas ok. 2 min pozycja Interwał (wyrabiamy ciasto).
Wyjmij ciasto podziel na równe 24 części. Dalej, formuj ruloniki jak (na zdjęciu)
Łącz po dwa w warkocz (patrz kolejne zdjęcie).
Ułóż na blaszce do pieczenia. Posmaruj rozbitym jajkiem i posyp makiem, sezamem ...
Umieść w rozgrzanym do temp 50 stopni piekarniku. (czas wyrastania ok. 10 min.)
Dalej po 10 minutach wyrastania bułeczek podnieś temperaturę do 180 stopni i pieczemy jeszcze około 15-17 minut.
